On Location Services
Travel
Travel is billed at $60/hour per artist and includes round-trip travel time. Because our artists travel from their home locations (Oxford, Portland, OOB, Sanford, Waterboro, Gorham), each artist's travel is calculated individually. A personalized quote will be provided prior to booking.
Island Fee
Includes water taxi round trip.
Additional travel charges may apply depending on location and travel time.
Over Night Accommodation
If the venue is over one and a half hours for our stylists or has an excessively early start time, overnight accommodations will be required
Bar Harbor is over 3 hours for our artists
Parking & Venue Fees
Clients are responsible for all parking, valet, tolls, and venue access fees incurred by our artists.
Touch Ups/Restyling
Includes lipstick touch-ups, powder, blotting, flyaway control, veil assistance, and hairstyle adjustments throughout your event.

Our team only offers traditional makeup applications at this time as we have found it has the best longevity for our brides.
A signed contract and booking fee are required to secure your date. Dates cannot be held without both.
Yes — we have a 6-service minimum for Saturday on-site bookings and a 4-service minimum for weekdays.
*Fridays and Sundays of holiday weekends also require a 6 service minimum*
We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance, especially for peak season (May–October).
Absolutely! We travel all over Maine, New England & beyond. Travel fees vary by location and will be outlined in your quote.

This does require an overnight stay within 30 minutes of your getting ready location.
